THE GOAL

VOA Oregon is all about building community. But they needed a little help building theirs on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

THE WORK

After introducing best practices and creating a content calendar, we developed a Facebook campaign called Community Snapshots. The contest encouraged followers to vote on photos that put real human faces to the VOA programs they support. The ‘winning’ photos were announced and displayed a few months later at a special donor event.

THE RESULT

In just a few short months, VOA’s Facebook fan base had grown by 30%. Better still, the organization now had the structure in place to keep their community engaged.
